Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is building a remote, multi-disciplinary pediatric ADHD clinic. We seek a clinician with medical licensure in Texas, board-certified in pediatrics, and at least five years of patient-care experience to deliver diagnostic and medication management for children and teens.

Comfortable with telemedicine and diverse families is essential. The role offers part-time hours (16–28/wk) with flexible Pacific Time scheduling, and opportunities to contribute to care model

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
• Board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds and cultural responsiveness.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development iterations to ensure optimal care delivery.
• This is a clinical position with potential to expand into program development and leadership activities.
