Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is reimagining pediatric chronic care by launching a virtual ADHD clinic.

This remote clinical role focuses on diagnostic assessment and medication management for children and teens, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians. You will help refine care workflows, contribute to program development, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
• Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience with culturally diverse families and willingness to ongoing training.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine and evidence-based interventions.
• Comfort using EMR and telemedicine tools to deliver virtual care.
• Excitement about joining a startup and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development iterations.
• Potential to expand into program development and leadership activities.
