Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is reimagining pediatric chronic care with a telemedicine-focused ADHD clinic. We seek a clinician to provide diagnostic and medication management, collaborating with MDs, NPs and psychologists to deliver trusted care to families in a virtual setting.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive treatment, ongoing learning, and potential growth into leadership. Remote, part-time schedule supports flexible hours across Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in California is required.
• Prescribing treatment plans including ADHD stimulant medications.
• Board certification by the ABP and ABIM.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience with diverse families and cultural sensitivity.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine and evidence-based interventions.
• Confidence using EMR and telemedicine tools for virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation to improve care delivery.
• Possibility to grow into leadership roles depending on interest and company needs.
