it's electric is a curbside EV charging company expanding across multiple US cities. We seek a Philadelphia-based Project Engineer to spearhead deployment of our curbside charging network.

The role covers design, permits, coordination with utilities, and contractor management in a fast-growing climate tech startup. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, strong project management skills, and familiarity with NEC/NESC.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in electrical engineering with urban deployment experience.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution in cities and NEC/NESC familiarity.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management for curbside charger deployments.
• Perform site assessments including power capacity.
• Prepare drawings and specifications; stamp permit drawings.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, and contractors.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation.
