IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Denver offers a summer internship in Private Equity & M&A, blending learning with real client work. The program includes a core cohort experience and department-specific projects designed to have real world impact for clients and the firm.

As an intern, you will split time between a shared core program and specialized work, reviewing benefits data, supporting due diligence, and developing analyses. The schedule includes 4 days in office and 1 remote, with hourly pay.

Competenze

• This internship targets students pursuing business, finance, accounting, risk management, or insurance degrees.
• Spring 2027, December 2027, or Spring 2028 graduation is expected.
• Interest in insurance roles and Gamma Iota Sigma is preferred.
• Previous work or internship in professional services is a plus.
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively.

Mansioni

• Assist in due diligence for Private Equity & M&A projects and support project managers.
• Review employee benefits related documents and data for buyers and clients.
• Develop analyses and deliverables such as cost and contribution analyses and client reports.
• Research employee benefits, compliance, and market topics to support findings.
• Collaborate with IMA teams to understand cross-functional workflows.
