Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with patents or in the intellectual property field.
• 1+ year of work experience in the industry or advanced research in a related field.
• Must pass USPTO Background check.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• U.S. citizen or work‑eligible legal resident who has resided in the U.S. for the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Accept projects with defined due dates based on availability.
• Quickly read disclosures to understand technical nuances.
• Perform comprehensive searches for relevant prior art.
• Prepare written opinions applying prior art to disclosures.
• Maintain proficiency with patent searching databases.
• Stay updated on best practices from Clarivate.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Comply with Clarivate's Code of Business Ethics.
