Isola Group is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join our customer-facing team on the West Coast. You will bridge technical expertise with commercial execution, supporting strategic accounts through evaluation, adoption, and ongoing use of Isola materials.

Ideal for engineers who want to grow at the intersection of technology, customers, and business. Roles vary by experience from Engineer I to Engineer II, with opportunities to lead technical relationships and qualification activity

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Engineer I: 0–2 years of relevant experience; new grads encouraged.
• Engineer II: 2–5 years of engineering, applications, technical service, manufacturing, or customer-support experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and industry events.
• Strong problem-solving and clear written/verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide responsive technical support to strategic accounts before, during, and after product evaluation and adoption.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements, translate needs into solutions, and support account growth.
• Support customer product evaluations, qualifications, trials, and introductions by coordinating technical information, samples, data, testing, and follow-up actions.
• Investigate customer technical questions and product-performance concerns; gather facts and coordinate resolution with Quality, Ops, R&D, and Product teams.
• Develop knowledge of Isola materials and PCB fabrication processes; communicate concepts clearly to technical and commercial audiences.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical updates, and customer training with growing independence.
• Document customer activity and qualification status in systems and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Identify recurring customer needs and feed insights back to optimize product, quality, and commercial decisions.
• Build trusted relationships across customer teams while demonstrating urgency and ownership.
