SlateRx is a remote-first company providing simple and affordable pharmacy benefit programs in the U.S. The Clinical Coordinator Supervisor will oversee the coverage determination and appeals clinical coordinator team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely reviews.

The role includes coaching staff, managing daily operations, handling escalations, and reporting productivity to management, with emphasis on mentorship and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, CDAG operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Staff management experience.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members for growth.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations aligning with objectives.
• Lead the Clinical Coordinator team, including hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Support clinical coordinators with member, client, and software issues.
• Handle escalated clinical issues, including escalated calls.
• Oversee coverage determination and appeals processes end-to-end.
• Monitor productivity and update daily reports and schedules.
