Job summary

SlateRx is seeking a Clinical Account Executive Pharmacist to act as the primary clinical contact for self-funded employer clients and consultants. You will translate clinical, utilization, and financial data into clear strategies that improve pharmacy benefit performance and control spend.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, renewals, and clinical escalations, and build trusted client relationships to drive adoption and growth. Strong communication to executive audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing managed care, PBM, health plan, consulting, or related pharmacy role.
• Understanding self-funded employer pharmacy benefits and PBM partnerships.
• Experience interpreting pharmacy claims, utilization reports, and program data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned self-funded employer clients and brokers.
• Lead clinical components of quarterly and annual business reviews and client meetings.
• Translate clinical and financial data into actionable strategies to improve performance and lower costs.
• Develop individualized clinical strategies and action plans for each client.
• Communicate complex clinical concepts to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
