Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Payroll & Tax Analyst to support payroll tax compliance, gift tax reporting, and ad hoc payroll projects. The role involves accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with the Senior Manager, Payroll & Compliance across corporate and shop employees.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of payroll or payroll tax experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Workday or ADP.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll and/or payroll tax experience, including multi-state payroll exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with payroll systems such as Workday or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll tax and gift tax support with data gathering, validation, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing cycles, setups, filings, reconciliations, and notices under guidance.
• Support in system updates, SOPs, and process improvements for payroll tax and Workday processing.
• Respond to payroll/tax inquiries from HR, Finance, and stakeholders, and assist with audits.
