Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time according to schedules.
• Review and verify time records, hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, and adjustments.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records.
• Process hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Ensure data entry into payroll/HR systems is correct.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries and coordinate with HR/Finance.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance.
• Support audits with requested reports.
