Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Lisle, IL is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support timesheet and EVV entry for payroll processing across centralized branches. The role also pre-processes payroll in Horizon and exports data for ADP Vantage.

This remote position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of data entry experience, excellent Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Mon–Fri 8:00–4:30 with potential overtime; occasional weekend work during peak payroll periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data integrity practices.
• Ability to learn new technology applications and work with payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing tasks including data entry, processing and verification.
• Accurately enter all payroll related data necessary to process and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for filing, updating and maintaining employee payroll files as required.
• Assist with reviewing and confirming payroll data audits.
• Responsible for time data entry utilizing Horizon and Cell Trak and other EVV platforms.
• Completing all corrections on SDRs for centralized branches.
• Adhering to payroll schedule deadlines and payroll processing dates.
• Pre-Processing, exporting and validating payroll files to submit to the Payroll Specialist for gross to net processing in ADP.
