Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Payor Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. This remote, full-time role reports to the Reimbursement Manager and focuses on day-to-day payor reimbursement activities across locations.

The ideal candidate has pharmacy or medical billing experience, strong communication and contract management skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience in Pharmacy or Medical Billing, AR or Credential/Contracting.
• Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage payor reimbursement processes and communications.
• Serve as liaison on end-to-end payer account maintenance.
• Participate in new payer launch activities with Reimbursement, Payer Sales, and Operations.
• Update and maintain Payor contracts, faxes, and emails from Contracting addresses.
• Communicate payer benefit programs and policies to Pharmacy staff.
• Inform clients about new medication access and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze and report No Go’s to evaluate contracting opportunities.
• Handle payor escalations (AskOps) and LOA management for providers.
• Assist with credentialing, Medicaid enrollment, and licensing needs as required.
