Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Payor Reimbursement Specialist to join our remote, full-time team in Buffalo, NY. You will manage end-to-end payer reimbursement processes, coordinate with Reimbursement leadership and the Payer Sales group, and communicate payer programs to pharmacy staff.

The role requires experience in pharmacy or medical billing, with 3+ years in healthcare and 5+ in specialty pharmacy. Compensation starts at $21 per hour and includes benefits such as 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pharmacy or Medical Billing, AR or Credential/Contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in Healthcare/Medical provider practice; 5+ in Specialty Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage day-to-day payor reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with Reimbursement leadership, Payer Sales, and Operations.
• Communicate payor programs and policies to Pharmacy staff as needed.
• Inform clients about new medication access and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze No-Go results to evaluate contracting opportunities.
• Handle payor escalations (AskOps) and manage LOAs.
