Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Payor Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. This remote, full-time role supports payer contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement processes.

You will work closely with Reimbursement leadership and the Payer Sales team to manage LOAs, updates to contracts, and payer communications, ensuring access for managed clients and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmacy or medical billing, AR or credential/contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Healthcare/Medical provider practice.

Responsibilities

• Participate in payer launch activities coordinating Reimbursement, Payer Sales, and Operations.
• Manage contract updates, faxes, and emails across locations.
• Communicate payer benefit programs and policies to pharmacy staff.
• Inform clients about new medication access and handle inquiries.
• Assist with credentialing, Medicaid enrollment, and licensing as needed.
