Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of provider enrollment or credentialing experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor enrollment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and submit enrollment applications to commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payors.
• Monitor enrollment status and proactively follow up with payors to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain provider and facility data across enrollment systems.
• Collaborate with providers, credentialing staff, and revenue cycle teams.
• Ensure compliance with payor enrollment guidelines and audits.
