Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider credentialing, payor enrollment, and denial or reimbursement issue resolution.
• Experience in healthcare payor enrollment, credentialing, enrollment maintenance, or revenue cycle operations; radiology or diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollment processes.
• Remote work ability and excellent written/verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment workflows to ensure timely participation and accurate payer setup.
• Research and resolve enrollment-related denials and reimbursement delays across modalities and sites.
• Prepare and submit initial enrollment, revalidation, and payor maintenance applications.
• Monitor credential expirations and maintain electronic credentialing files.
