Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in payments and financial systems.
• Deep expertise in ISO 20022 and payment messaging standards.
• Experience with global payment networks and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 20022 migration programs (data, messaging, compliance).
• Define payment architecture across SWIFT, RTGS, and real-time systems.
• Provide advisory on payment modernization strategies.
• Guide integration of payment engines (e.g., Fiserv, PayPlus).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards alignment.
