Job summary

Codoxo is seeking a Payment Integrity Audit Coordinator to support day-to-day audit programs across client accounts. This role handles audit setup, triage, correspondence, mailroom operations, and medical record intake under SOPs to ensure timely, organized audit workflows.

Work involves coordinating with Data Mining Analysts and other teams; must maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential records and deliver accurate results on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 1–2 years in healthcare operations, admin support, records management, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential healthcare information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and configuration of new audit workflows.
• Triage audit queues and route cases per SOPs.
• Manage mailroom and medical record intake and processing.
• Prepare audit-related correspondence and logs; track status.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Data Mining, Customer Success, and Operations.
