The Payment Integrity Audit Coordinator role sits in the Data Mining team to keep audit workflows running smoothly, including setup, triage, mailroom operations, medical record intake, and documentation management for client engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in healthcare operations, admin support, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in audit setup and triage for new client workflows.
• Manage audit queues, tracking volumes and status.
• Handle mailroom and medical records intake and indexing.
• Coordinate correspondence and client communications.
• Support analytics with client deliverables and file organization.
• Follow SOPs and participate in process improvements.
