Job summary

You will generate diverse financial reports and present actionable insights to upper management, supporting decision-making and strategy. A strong background in accounting/finance and 3–5 years in healthcare is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in health care or insurance.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and monthly financial reports.
• Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports.
• Generate ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services.
• Provide financial and business analysis to upper management.
