Centene Corp. is seeking a Manager, Payment Integrity – Financial Performance Reporting to oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, prepare monthly financial reports and related analytics.

This remote-friendly, full-time role involves producing and reviewing complex reports, supporting cost and quality analyses, and presenting findings to leadership. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years in healthcare or insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience, with emphasis in the health care or insurance industry.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports.
• Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services.
• Gather and prepare analysis from various sources and financial reports.
• Provide financial and business analysis and present findings to upper management.
• Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare practices and procedures.
