Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years healthcare experience.
• Healthcare experience including COB knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit client data and identify recoverable claims under supervision.
• Use RMS and client systems to audit and review reports.
• Prepare responses to client disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate audit recommendations to supervisors.
