Responsibilities include enrollment applications, data entry, and generating progress reports. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3+ years in office or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in office/healthcare operations or customer service.
• Familiarity with payer enrollment processes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete payer applications for initial and re-enrollment.
• Coordinate with payers to maintain provider enrollment records.
• Develop delegated provider rosters and keep status current.
• Collaborate with credentialing team on enrollments and terminations.
• Enter and maintain provider data in enrollment systems.
• Generate enrollment reports for leadership and stakeholders.
