Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in monitoring or patient observation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant patient observation and surveillance under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor more than one patient at a time from the monitoring station.
• Uphold customer service standards in all interactions.
• Verbally redirect patients from engaging in risk behaviors.
• Utilize visualization and intervention technology for safe patient care.
• Summon nursing staff via communication devices for patient assistance when monitoring remotely.
