Job summary

UnityBPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients remotely across NM, TX, AZ, and OK. Shifts may run 6 AM–9 PM MST, Monday to Friday or weekends, with full-time status.

You will guide patients through healthcare portals, schedule appointments, and assist with non-clinical requests while maintaining professionalism and care on every call. A wired home internet connection is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer service support across multiple channels.
• Identify and document customer issues clearly and accurately.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to internal teams as needed.
• Accurately document every call.
• Deliver outstanding service with clear communication and empathy.
