Natera is seeking a patient-support specialist to assist with non-billing inquiries and testing-related services across phone and live-chat channels. You will document cases accurately and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and attention to detail, with remote work within the United States and compensation between $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach to service.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and standard office applications.
• Customer service, healthcare, or related experience is helpful.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for patient questions that do not involve billing.
• Provide updates on test status, assist with patient-portal access, explain testing services, and coordinate blood-sample redraws when needed.
• Handle inbound calls and live chats with timely, patient-centered communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve patient concerns.
• Record patient interactions accurately in a CRM system.
• Identify issues that require additional attention, elevate appropriately, and contribute ideas for improving the patient experience.
