Job summary

GetixHealth is looking for a Patient Scheduler to provide vital support for patient scheduling operations. You will ensure timely appointment scheduling and excellent communication with patients, providers, and medical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail, with a focus on compassionate customer service. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary of $18-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare experience required.
• 1+ years of EHR system experience preferred.
• 1+ years of remote work experience preferred, especially in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients for scheduling.
• Collect and verify patient insurance details during scheduling.
• Educate patients on insurance verification process.
