Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Patient Programming/Ambassador Manager for ulixacaltamide to own the strategy, planning, and execution of patient-focused programs and ambassador initiatives that bring the patient perspective into Praxis' commercial organization and support people living with essential tremor throughout their treatment journey.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, communications, public health, or a related field is a plus.
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own the patient programming strategy and annual operating plan for ulixacaltamide, including identification of patient needs, priority audiences, program objectives, engagement approaches, and measures of success.
• Lead the strategy and end-to-end management of a patient ambassador program, including ambassador identification, recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, ongoing relationship management, and program evaluation.
• Lead the design and delivery of meaningful patient and caregiver experiences and programs that address identified needs and create opportunities for engagement with Praxis in compliant ways.
• Serve as a strong advocate for the patient voice, translating insights into cross-functional brand planning and informing priorities.
• Partner with patient advocacy organizations and external stakeholders to build trusted relationships and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Lead external agencies and internal partners in the development and execution of patient programs with clear accountability and risk management.
• Define program success measures and lead performance reviews to continuously improve programming and ambassador engagement.
• Manage assigned patient programming and ambassador budgets, including planning, forecasting, and spend monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements, including patient consent, privacy, and engagement boundaries.
