Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. seeks a Patient Programming/Ambassador Manager to own strategy, planning, and execution of patient-focused programs across the brand.

You will lead ambassador initiatives, build patient-centric experiences, and ensure compliant execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strategic leadership, empathy, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading patient-focused programs in regulated environments.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient programming strategy and operating plan for ulixacaltamide.
• Lead the patient ambassador program from recruitment to evaluation.
• Design meaningful patient and caregiver experiences within compliance.
• Translate patient insights into brand planning and priorities.
• Partner with advocacy groups and internal stakeholders for collaboration.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency/partner performance.
• Define success measures and continuously optimize programs.
• Ensure appropriate review processes with Medical/Legal/Regulatory.
