Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare education or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in patient education, pharmaceutical, or healthcare support roles.
• Ability to travel 70% and reside near a major airport.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance guidelines in healthcare/pharma.
• Proficiency with virtual education tools (video conferencing, webinars).

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and empathetic information about disease progression, symptoms, and unmet needs for patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients and caregivers about brand product education, usage, and potential side effects.
• Develop relationships with local advocacy chapter leads and attend nationwide events, including weekends.
• Provide insights to cross-functional teams to improve educational materials and resources.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards related to patient and product education.
