Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Patient Access Optimization Analyst to configure and support access optimization initiatives, including Epic-build related functions. This remote role emphasizes analytical rigor, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will analyze data, design solutions, and ensure successful project engagement while working Central time hours. Strong Excel/SQL skills and Epic Cadence experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• 5 Years of Experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent.
• Experience configuring and supporting access optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Configure and provide functional and technical support for access optimization initiatives.
• Assist with analysis, solutioning, documentation, and implementation of Epic-build related functions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
