Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings.
• Track and maintain deadlines using patent docketing systems.
• Draft and submit formal documents like IDSs, assignments, and declarations.
• Monitor and manage patent portfolios for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and communicate with inventors and foreign associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong collaboration skills in a business-minded environment.
