Remote Patent Paralegal (EST COAST ONLY)

Join a leading IP team as a Patent Paralegal supporting high-impact innovation. This is a remote role for candidates on the EST Coast with 5+ years of IP experience.

Job Details

• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings
• Track deadlines using patent docketing systems
• Draft and submit legal documents such as IDSs, assignments, and declarations
• Manage patent portfolios across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with inventors, foreign associates, and USPTO
• Support patent prosecution, responses to Office Actions, and legal correspondence
• Assist with due diligence and portfolio audits
• Conduct patent and legal research using IP databases
• Support administrative tasks for senior attorneys

Qualifications

• 5+ years in patent prosecution paralegal role
• Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT procedures
• Proficiency with patent docketing systems
