Remote Patent Paralegal (EST COAST ONLY)

Job Details

• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT filings
• Maintain deadlines using patent docketing systems
• Draft and submit formal documents like IDSs, assignments, and declarations
• Monitor patent portfolios across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with inventors, foreign associates, and USPTO
• Support patent prosecution, including responses to Office Actions
• Assist with due diligence and portfolio audits
• Conduct patent and legal research using IP databases
• Support administrative tasks for managing partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years in patent prosecution paralegal roles
• Strong knowledge of USPTO and PCT procedures
• Proficiency with patent docketing systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

This position is only considering EST Coast candidates at this time. Salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
