Qualifications

• Two years of patent prep and prosecution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Experience or knowledge in AI, cloud storage, virtualization, OS, databases, software-defined vehicle architecture, or wireless 5G/6G.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• USPTO registration preferred; if not registered, at least eligible technical degree.
