LDI is seeking a Parts Counter Person in Hays, KS. The role focuses on accurate inventory handling, strong customer service, and driving parts sales. You will fill orders and assist walk-in customers and internal shop staff while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include inventory management, processing parts orders by phone and in person, and supporting the Parts Manager. Prior parts sales experience and agricultural equipment knowledge are preferred; a valid driver’s

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-2-years progressive experience in farm equipment, diesel truck, or automotive operations recommended.
• Related mechanical repair experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records check, and background check required.
