Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a remote Partner Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and teaming partners supporting VA technology initiatives. You will coordinate LOEs, staffing plans, and funding changes, while ensuring alignment with program requirements and resolving operational issues.

You will work with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, and Onboarding to keep partner activities on track, monitor performance, and manage transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant partner/subcontractor/program management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience with T&M and FFP subcontracts.
• Experience maintaining LOEs, staffing plans, forecasts, or related program financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned subcontractors and partners.
• Conduct recurring partner meetings to review staffing, progress, and risks.
• Monitor partner performance against schedules, deliverables, and program expectations.
• Coordinate LOEs, staffing, and funding periods with Delivery and Finance.
• Track staffing changes and coordinate onboarding to address workforce needs.
• Review staffing, scope, and funding changes with teams and document impacts.
