Interfaith Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story across platforms and grow our audiences. You will work with the Communications Director to plan content, create engaging posts, and optimize paid and organic strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Remote work with occasional in-person planning meetings in the Philadelphia area is expected. The ideal candidate has a background in creating and managing social media content for

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for brands or nonprofits.
• Ability to create engaging content across platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Understanding of platform trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Interfaith Philadelphia's social media content and growth.
• Grow audiences on existing platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Participate in content planning meetings and execute a consistent posting schedule.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
• Promote programs and events on social media.
• Collaborate with staff to use content from programs and events.
• Create graphics in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Edit photo and video content in Adobe or similar.
• Track engagement analytics and report to Communications Director.
• Attend full staff meetings as needed for planning.
