Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for an organization, business, school, nonprofit, or campaign.
• Strong writing skills for clear, engaging content across platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut or similar tools for basic graphics and short videos.
• Excellent organization and ability to meet deadlines while working independently.
• Willingness to collaborate and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content based on priorities and calendar.
• Develop written, graphic, and short-form video content communicating Foundations' work.
• Maintain social media calendar and manage assignments in Monday.com.
• Monitor comments and messages, respond when appropriate, escalate as needed.
• Propose content ideas and opportunities for consideration.
• Support live social coverage at Foundations events.
• Stay current on social media trends and platform changes.
• Track performance and provide simple reports.
• Create content for The Academy at Penn and other programs as prioritized.
