Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through cold calling, networking, job fairs, and advertising.
• Screen candidates and maintain the HR system daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to aid in recruitment.
• Train managers on effective recruiting methods.
• Assist in updating HR policy and selecting HR technology.
