Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a part-time project/program manager to oversee IT and business initiatives across regions. The candidate will lead meetings, take minutes, act as Scrum Master across regions, and maintain Jira updates and SharePoint collateral.

The role requires 2–3 years of PM/Program experience, a bachelor’s degree, and availability for ET hours with late/early meetings for overseas teams. Expect a pay range of $47/hour to $62.94/hour W-2.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project or program management experience.
• Pharma experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Jira for updates and task submission.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and business project activities across regions, requiring off-hours meetings with overseas teams.
• Run meetings effectively and produce meeting minutes.
• Act as a Scrum Master with various scrum calls across regions.
• Manage project collateral on SharePoint and produce weekly/monthly status reports.
• Provide updates and mitigation plans on Jira issues.
