Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a part-time project/program manager to oversee IT and business initiatives across regions. The candidate will lead meetings, take minutes, act as Scrum Master across regions, and maintain Jira updates and SharePoint collateral.

The role requires 2–3 years of PM/Program experience, a bachelor’s degree, and availability for ET hours with late/early meetings for overseas teams. Expect a pay range of $47/hour to $62.94/hour W-2.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project or program management experience.
• Pharma experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Jira for updates and task submission.

Responsibilities

Job description

Please note: Part-time schedule - ~ 30 hours a week.

Candidate able to work 100% remote for duration of assignment. Must be available to work ET hours and be available for late/early meetings with overseas teams. Candidate will need to be physically present on camera for all meetings.

Duties

Manage both IT and business project activities in different regions. This requires off-hours meetings and working with the different teams.

Run meetings effectively and produce meeting minutes.

Act as a scrum master with various scrum calls across regions.

Manage project collaterals on SharePoint.

Produce various weekly, monthly status report at project and program level.

Manage Jira project and provide updates and mitigation plans on issues (both IT and business).

Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of Project management experience/Program management experience;

Experience in Pharma is preferred, not required.

Candidate will be required to use JIRA for submitting all updates/tasks.

Education

Completed bachelor's degree.

Candidate needs to be adaptable;

able to listen and lead; be engaged and come across with good energy and presence.

Successful candidate will be someone who can own the projects/programs that they are assigned and follow through and execute.

Candidate should be proactive; take initiative and pay high attention of detail to what is going on.

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $47/hour - $62.94/hour W-2.
