Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Washington to provide telemedicine assessments and ongoing care for adolescents and adults with mental health conditions. The role is based in Washington with a focus on safe, guideline-based practice.

Compensation is a fee-for-service (W2) arrangement ranging from $71,000 to $102,000 per year for 15–20 clinical hours weekly. Clinicians must be licensed, reside in the state, and uphold Thriveworks’ ADHD treatment

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• AdvancedMD EMR experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year psychiatry experience; 3 years total preferred.
• Must be licensed and live in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat ages 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients and programs.
