You will network with families, review and share nanny candidates, and interview via video while promoting NannyPod across communities. Strong candidates include sales/marketing pros, childcare owners, teachers, and stay-at-home parents.

Qualifications

• College degree required as a baseline credential.
• Childcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong networking and business development skills are essential.
• Autonomous with a desire to run your own business.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and software (email, calendar, messaging).

Responsibilities

• Identify families' childcare needs and match with candidates.
• Review and share nanny candidates in their area.
• Interview candidates via video or in person and verify references.
• Liaise with organizations to market NannyPod locally.
• Be the face of NannyPod as the primary contact for families.
