The project focuses on implementing Microsoft Purview Information Protection and DLP capabilities and building an enterprise Information Governance program aligned with SOC 2 objectives.

The engagement covers discovery, policy publishing, labeling, testing, and knowledge transfer, followed by governance framework development and automatic labeling across Office 365 workloads.

Qualifications

• This engagement delivers a two-phase implementation designed to establish Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention capabilities while building an enterprise Information Governance program aligned with NeoCurrency's SOC 2 certification objectives.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 delivers Purview IP & DLP capabilities and readiness for governance.
• Phase 1 includes discovery, planning, requirements, and licensing review.
• Purview labeling: up to 5 sensitivity labels, publishing policies and manual/container labeling.
• DLP across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams with policy tips and notifications.
• Testing, optimization, and runbooks for knowledge transfer.
• Phase 2 delivers Information Governance & Data Classification framework development.
• Governance workshop, data owners, SOC 2 objectives alignment.
• Enterprise data discovery across SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams.
• Auto-labeling, classifiers, policy tuning and executive handover.
