Lyra Health is hiring a part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video. You will manage a diverse caseload, assign digital lessons, and monitor outcomes while working remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical track is required.
• Unrestricted clinical license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent) is required.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Ability to manage risk and respond to crises; experience with video therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
• Maintain a part-time caseload of adult/adolescent clients (19 bookable slots/week).
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients between sessions.
• Deliver culturally responsive care and adapt to diverse client backgrounds.
