Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced physicians who are fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will work in digital workspaces, crafting tasks, grading criteria, and reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and local compliance.

The role is remote, part-time (about 21 hours per week) with an hourly pay rate for a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Clinical experience and German fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical practice.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Bachelor's degree from Germany.
• Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation), ideally Facharzt, familiar with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice.

Responsibilities

• Building workspaces: reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
• Writing tasks: drafting realistic requests in your language that a colleague or client might send.
• Defining what good looks like: writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard.
• Reviewing AI work: going through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes and correcting them.
