Job summary

A startup in the property restoration industry is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to manage social media, email campaigns, and paid ads while reporting on metrics. This role will require strong writing skills and a self-managed approach to tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys both creative and analytical tasks, with opportunities for growth and mentorship from an experienced Director of Marketing. Weekly strategy sessions will be held in-person in downtown Westerville.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts and coordinate podcast interviews.
• Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns, tracking key metrics.
• Help manage paid ad campaigns and improve performance using KPIs.
• Monitor content and campaign metrics weekly and propose improvements.
• Manage inbound lead flow and qualify leads based on simple criteria.
