Job summary

CacheFly is hiring a seasoned Marketing Manager to join a two-person marketing team. This part-time role (~20 hours/week) offers flexibility and ~4 hours overlap with EST. You’ll own campaigns, paid media, the website, content, social channels, events, and nurture programs, with a preference for CDN/tech background.

You will lead end-to-end campaigns, manage paid media, and drive CRO-driven website updates while maintaining a strong, autonomous work style in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech.
• Autonomous, owns marketing functions.
• Hands-on paid media experience: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting.
• Strong writing for campaigns, web copy, and social.
• Experience leading website revamps and CRO strategy.
• Comfortable building a social presence for a technical B2B audience.
• Thrives in a startup/lean team env.
• Willing to overlap ~4 hours with EST.
• Capable of part-time ~20 hours/week managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Set up, manage, optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting; report on performance.
• Lead a conversion-focused website refresh and ongoing updates (copy/structure/landing pages/CRO).
• Develop and execute a social strategy for a B2B tech audience.
• Identify conferences and events to attend and help us show up well.
• Build and manage email sequences and nurture programs independently.
• Turn webinars/podcasts into social/email/campaign content.
